MK SOFT reserves the right to modify at any time these ToU and in its sole discretion, in order to adapt them to the evolutions inherent in the new media. We advise you to consult them regularly.
By continuing to use STAM, including after modification of these ToU, you accept the modified ToU.

2. Intellectual property

STAM that we make available to you belongs exclusively to MK SOFT. he services offered by STAM are protected by the applicable intellectual property regulations. It is forbidden to reproduce, copy, sell, republish, distribute or exploit, in any way, all or part of the content of STAM, without the prior written consent of MK SOFT.
You may use the content of STAM for personal and non-commercial purposes. You can not create a framework integrating the services provided by STAM into another solution: software, websites or mobile applications.
MK SOFT reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against any person who has not complied with this prohibition.

3. Use of the Service

The user of STAM is granted a license allowing him to take advantage of the various functionalities of STAM for strictly personal purposes, according to the ToU. It is forbidden to use any means (software, ...) to extract data from the application) for commercial purposes.

We do not guarantee that the translations provided by STAM are free from errors or inaccuracies. Therefore, we encourage the community using our service to contact us to report any errors.

5. Jurisdiction

These ToU are submitted and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any disagreement or dispute not settled by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts.
